Seeing various posts on linked in about more UKG layoffs this week, do we know if these are all US layoffs and teams impacted?

They're already working on the next round of layoffs. If your title has "operations" in it, your role will be outsourced. Only senior leaders of these roles will stay in the US.

Too bad this looks to be positions based within in the US, because UKG is def guilty of replacing American workers with foreign workers.

@107 I’m sorry you got laidoff. Hope you will find something soon. I think they got around Warn notices prior to laying off people because of the 60 days garden leave. So people will still be on payroll for 60 days once terminated. They are in compliance.
I’m wondering if the rumor of another layoff in late September/Oct is the same as the 350 that had to stay until August 30 to train people in India or another new round of layoff?
It's hard to say. I'm in the US and was laid off as part of the "Transition Team", but since I was remote, I have no clue as to who else was laid off. I was in CX. Pretty unusual that they were able to lay off 950 people without triggering State or Fed Warn act.
