I’ve resigned and last day is coming up. I have 12 days of PTO accrued through my end date. Does Wells pay that with my final paycheck or separately? Don’t trust these people at all. I’m in NC if it makes a difference.

Congratulations! I got it bunched with my final paycheck - it depends I guess. Anyways I missed the immediate peers I worked with - but happy to move away from two-faced ones in my orbit! Trust you will find too "the grass is indeed greener here :-)"

Why would she? You haven’t worked under her in over a year. She was your boss, not your friend.
Did the same thing, was in a non-core location and forfeited my multiple, multiple months of severance to get out of dodge.
Lots to talk about not being able to find equal compensation at different organizations on this board, while I can't speak for every state, that was not the case for me.
Congratulations on making the move, my physical and mental health are 247% better after leaving this organization, while I appreciate what it did provide me for many years.
Yah! Good for you for getting out. Drop us an update in 3 to 6 months. We all need the hope and something to look forward to. It is good to read something positive here...
I resigned earlier this year and work for a great company (non financial services). You only realize how awful WF is once you leave and work for another company.

You think so? People seem to be complaining about the same things everywhere. The way Wells Fargo operates is not unique.

it's a separate payout and they have to do it within a specified period (can't remember exactly when, but it's short, a few days). This all depends on everything being done properly in both you and your boss in workday - "processing" your resignation
