I honestly can’t fathom what sort of su-king up, political maneuvering, or just plain lying has to be done for anyone to still to have any belief that he is at all qualified for his role or isn’t hurting the company. His teams despise him and have to work behind the scenes just to get anything done as he lacks any strategic direction with zero market experience. And if his lack of skill wasn’t enough, it’s his poor character and how he speaks down to folks that is the worst. It has to be fixed!

@112 fish rotes from the head. What you've just described is direct corollary of CPOs "leading" style.
Not only him, but some on the product team as well that have no concept of company defined and pushed agile principles or even a shred of integrity to manage team initiatives. Constantly bad mouthing the engineering teams in other channels and meetings due to their ineptitude and poorly defined and scoped projects using AI without proofing the nonsense results of unapproved or agreed upon metrics and details, not owning jira ticket tracking or movement, unresponsive to email or chat for issues and clarity, combative during calls, engineering having to rework definitions to be realistic, missing and cancelling meetings regularly and yet somehow still get promoted over others on their team that actually DO their jobs correctly, professionally, and engage to solve issues rather than place blame and backstab to cover their own failures and rears. Of course, a few of those "good" ones left seeing how cancerous things are and how promotions worked being not on merit, but rather who you know and dare I say NAT.
My guess CTPO Niranjan will take over his duties.
First they transition out Panos, then they transition out Ajay. Because having a Chief Technology and Product Officer and a Chief Product Officer is redundant.
Then they bring in new EVPs of Engineering and Product
