Jokes aside, use a vpn on your home WiFi to hide your ip address. Always erase your history. Do you talk about the same issues of what you post to folks at work. Folks can 2+2. I also think these posts offer an unfiltered feedback to all and there are some things I have learned, evaluated and implemented at work. Just keep it professional and have genuine grieveances.
