Does Citi send offers on a certain day of the week or is it anytime?

Do offers take longer depending on C level? Example: I have been waiting to hear back on an c14 level role and WD is still in business review and I’m on last interview steps. Been a week or so since last interview. Other C level promos have not taken this long.

Ironically, I recall an MD years ago who would hold all HR approvals from requisition openings to offer letters for a specific day each week. That meant if you were a hiring manager and missed the deadline for a new req or an offer you were out of luck until the following week.
They send them out as soon as they get approval from HR. There is no set day of the week to extend an offer
