There are new positions being posted in St. Louis (one posted today). Its not going away.

@16x cRG town hall on 10/29/25. Senior WIM exec P L said it outright that STL is going to 1 building & that had been the plan for a long time. That exec recently moved to Charlotte from Las Vegas. The last STL exec was K T & moved to WPB. Just because you’re clueless doesn’t mean everyone else is wrong.

@16x+1m1ktjy2e, it’s widely known the St. Louis campus is consolidating into the F Building, and the WIM exec in question is a she. Please refrain from commenting on matters you know nothing about.

Nobody has ever said the STL office was going down to one building. Stop lying. And the WIM exec moved to Miami because he felt like it and there are lots of rich people there. Simple as that.

Does the cafe in St. Louis have a soft serve ice cream machine?

They have already announced STL will go down to 1 building about a year ago & cut staffing. WIM Ops is to be moved to Charlotte (& some in Minneapolis) in full by end of 2027. Risk LOB has heard (& some told) they are all moving to Charlotte. It depends on how quickly they can backfill the positions in Charlotte before they let st louis people go. WIM Supervision will be the last group in STL. Alot of other groups have been outsourced already (building services, etc).
It is very apparent in comments that the Execs dont feel STL is a viable growth area for talent anymore. Even the last WIM exec K Ta relocated to West Palm beach recently. All WIM leadership is in WPB or Charlotte now. They look down on STL. Now will it close completely? No one will publicly say.

St. Louis peeps constantly backstabbing Charlotte folks to try & stay relevant/keep their office open. Not for long.

I told you fools last year that STL was closing and nobody listened. All of the stupid WIM folks kept thinking they were safe.

CIC will clearly be the last hub to close. The facility is owned and has a huge headcount. We won't have a bunch of other buildings in Charlotte forever though. The Metro is near the top for displacements every round and has been for a while. No one is safe.

Of the big hubs it'll be the first to go, but it'll take some time.

The city is core for some groups. For some insane reason, WIM Ops is leaving even though WIM is planning to stay. So much for keeping Ops teams connected to the businesses they support.

But that doesn't mean there's a wholesale exit happening.

@ae eh, CIC has the same conditions for a lot of their floors as well. Actually, maybe worse. Some floors still have First Union carpet.

The firms stance on STL is clear. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed in years and the bathrooms are like a gas station

WIM Ops is supposed to close down by end of 2027.

I've also heard that all of CAO is supposed to do the same.

Everything WIM is staying put.

I think I know the leader referenced in this post and I 100% agree. Must be the same person unless there are 2 aholes that mimick each other

Go eat some ribs and chill out.

You are far more likely to be displaced than the manager. And if the manager is displaced... almost always the whole team is gone with them.
