What a joke. Swore up and down that there would be no changes and he wants stability then immediately lays off hundreds. Time to leave

Here’s some signs for you. When they say these words/phrases: ‘no more changes’, ‘we are now right sized’, ‘the company is doing very well’… sniff and smell the BS in the air bc that’s ALL signs of. 1. Changes coming, 2. More layoffs coming 3. Nothing is doing well at L3H except the executives salaries. R-U-N
No changes that hadn't already been in the works.
