Normally end of quarters.
Don't think there is any budget for it set so likely end of Q1.

They've had layoffs before in Oct I believe
I know exactly what they’re like when it comes to Christmas/holiday bonus and the way they treat us in general.
But Christmas lay-offs would be harsh even by CDW standards !

Lol you think they wouldn't fire people before Christmas? The company that stopped awarding Christmas bonuses and changed it to Holiday bonuses before just not giving any bonuses unless you're C level?
They literally don't care if you are dying from cancer or are a single parent with 5 kids. They only care about themselves
I would guess it’ll be Q1 27 - They wouldn’t do a layoff on the run up to Christmas, would they?
Unless they have form for it and and I’ve missed it.

I heard we got rid of one of the consultants and I started to cheer.
Then I heard the second part of the sentence, which was "and we replaced them with another consultant".
How many consultants do we need?
@OP - Sadly, I think one will come as we need to pay the consultants we hired to rewrite the “CDW Way” because apparently that’s a higher priority than having the right support teams to handle the workload, making sure our company-supplied laptops can actually handle CPQ for more than an hour before rebooting time and time again, but I digress, what should we expect from a company in a tailspin.
Wish our HR friend would tell us
