Lots of friends in the tech industry. They all laugh at me when i bring up my job. I feel embarrassed.

And imagine the clients talking to each other...
A: "I do have a contract with Kyndryl"
B: "So do I, it's nuts"
A: "Imagine the thick overhead they have in rates"
B: "Yeaph, it's sick to pay luxury to useless layers"
A: "We can't tell anyone that we are there"
B: "Silly us. How can we exit..?"
So do mine especially when I tell them that they don’t promote and don’t provide a salary increase
