Not all departments need to be impacted.
It was just shared that Aaron's org will be announced in 6 weeks. They need further review of who is cut for this area
Ireland still has 130 to go, they announced 164 and fired 33, I expect the remaining 130 will be informed beginning of next week. They only have 30 days time to do the numbers as announced, next week is pay week and would fit into the 8 weeks redundancy cycle in Ireland.
@ae Some depts weren't included in this weeks and will probably be in october
It seems safe to assume that there will not be any more rounds before next year.
I know the email wasnt clear but I mean, I think it is suggesting that the large cull for now is over , and much smaller layoffs will continue over the coming years, but the large one for now is over? I heard that the next cull won't be until next year ?

@a8 4,000 jobs over two years and we cut a few hundred over the past few days. It will just be 2 years of torture until they get their 4,000 skulls. Performance metrics will change and be insane. Good luck!

I think people are seriously underestimating the incompetence of Enrique Lores. He’s a failure and everything he touches fails.
i wonder how many companies said AI did this fired a whole ton of people and then they realized AI isn't up to snuff. this is a better strategy then just laying off everyone at once. It allows the m to adjust. I don't know if that is the strategy but it seems it might be. Still su-ks for us but its not just random or incompetency.
