Any thoughts on the recent AMA - Towne Hall? Any answers or more questions?

These meetings are most likely being "reviewed" by corporate legal & HR to ensure no statements are made that could be leveraged in future claims against TRP. If a layoff comes, these meeting and content could be a liability.
The WORST AMA was that "AI only one". It was billed as an AMA...but when you joined you were informed only AI questions would be asked. And really, most if not all were a--kissing questions. Towards the end I would just have it on the background while scrolling my X timeline occasionally checking the Meeting Pulse and paying attention only to see how the "leaders" would spin non-answers for the questions I found most interesting. AMAs started with honest intentions. Now, they give politician style answers. It reminds me of how Baltimore City wanted an Inspector General, but when the investigations started showing how poor the leadership is they started denying them access to information. Here, they used to want to do better by employees and keep their thumb on the pulse of how people felt. Given what has occurred over the past 2 years, they do NOT want to know. They don't care. They just feel they have to have these meeting so they can praise themselves and pretend they care about anyone else.
@ac i’m mad I missed that. i miss the annon feature. only strong leaders can handle that though.

@ac The required names so people would only write a-s kissing questions. Now that people are so fed up they are asking honest questions, I guess no more AMAs?

Useless as usual. Glad to see some people are brave enough to ask real questions with their name attached to it in the MeetingPulse. I'm tired of a-s-kissing, softball questions people ask.
