i saw a small layoff pocket 3 weeks ago, nothing new yet. but it goes around like that, and i think it'd be a good management culture to be honest into which area and why they zero in.
i think it utterly violates best (and ethical) management practices to sweep in out of nowhere. it mens you have zero clue what you're doing as a manager at any level.
Gartner needs to go.

It's HPE layoff season, next two months will be all about getting people off the books before the next fiscal year. Same thing every year.
