Terrible advice. You aren't going to take down a corporation that shrugged off spending billions of dollars over 11+ years trying & failing to sue Google.

Always remember, Oracle is a Law firm that sells software and services on the side.
Reminded if you’re in the US, you agreed to arbitration when you signed your offer. Many lawyers won’t go to bat for you unless it’s a slam dunk for harassment.

It's called at will employment in the US of A, look it up if you don't understand the details.
They don't owe you a package, and you would be stew-pid to refuse it when offered, but to each his own.
