I've been in the workforce for a long time and I've seen plenty of bad cultures, but Fiserv takes the crown. The disrespect, the exhausting politics, and the fact that nobody seems to care about basic human decency take the cake. What a horrible place to work this turned out to be.

American corporate culture is changing because they are switching out americans with indians from india. Those people are bringing their culture over here and taking over. Replacing Christianity with Hinduism and replacing American values of equality with their caste system. Indians look down upon us and only look out for their own. They dont want to train you if you are not from india and they try to get you fired. These indians were constantly complaining about me for any little thing I do at the office. If I had a short personal phone call, they run and tell my boss im disturbing them by talking about non work stuff. But all the time they are talking in their own language loud and laughing, walking around doing pot luck with indian food and laughing, having loud noise and playing music during Diwali celebrations at the office and their managers scream and yell at their employees. Also they have meetings without using their headphones. God is Not going to be present in a place that does not acknowledge or worship him.
@a8 I work in DW Org. Horrible ethics all around and treatment of employees plus he LIES to clients, internally, associates.. HE LIES, Makes stuff up and never, ever delivers a thing!
With a VERY sad feeling from my heart, I agree. Fiserv was NOT like this before. It was great and very decent and respectful to ALL.
Along the way 'something' has changed, pre-covid.. the whole culture had changed..
@b6 If you work at Fiserv, you know. It started with FB, looped around my vesting stock, trampled on my merit, spoke silly propaganda at me from behind a mic, always with a buddy so as not to face employees alone, and won’t stop until…Until, I don’t know what. It’s been 6 sh---y, ridiculous years.
