Any updates on Fidelis care? I saw an org chart on workday, and am seeing a lot of changes and restructuring happening. What are the latest updates?

A lot of people in Fideliscare feel they’re safe now and think no more termination happening….yeah OK.
In many departments, layers of middle management were removed by either pushing PL’s into brand new, made up “promotions” with the same pay but a lot more responsibility, RIF or by busting them down to lower levels of management. WellCare reps were almost completely eliminated. I think we have maybe 5-8 left in the entire state. I expect WellCare to be completely gone by the end of the year or shortly after.
Across the enterprise, the near term priority is margin performance rather than membership growth. What that looks like will vary by plan since everyone's starting from a different place. I'd plan on a fair amount of change over the next few years.
