We received new sales ISG targets. Country in eu. The increase is over 300% from last relevant H. Plus nobody has even close to 100% in the pipeline. Myself only had 20%. Which means the best I can hope for is only 20%.
Motivation has dropped to absolute 0. But I suspect this is planned. Make us leave so they won’t have to pay wfr. Dont even know what to, its fighting the big machine with no transparency, Dell is ruled by fear, nobody speaks up because of fear.

Take all your vacation, personal time and sick time. That should be about 10 weeks off in the USA.
The correct response here is not to try. They simply are trying to set targets in a way where nobody is able to overattain and actually earn some money.
At this time when direct sales is just so important they can't afford to have an unmotivated and passive sales corps which just says not with us.
This is a glimpse into the productivity they are trying to achieve. Can I get enough people to perform at 300% or more of the last half. Do we have excess capacity? Is the plan to use AI to make our sales force more efficient?

It is crystal clear they want you to quit so they can hire some young punk kid who will easily sell his soul to try to hit an unattainable number.
When you only have 20% in your pipeline, they know a 300% increase is unattainable. What manager on the planet would run numbers like that?
Dell is doing everything in its power to push more and more people out. They simply do not care about the employee.

We will do all we can to hit it, but d*mn if it isn’t going to ki-l us or drive out great talent in the process.
