Hearing rumors of customer support center restructuring or laying off teams and re-building new teams back up. Elavon has been always a dumpster fire for years and it’s truly hard to collaborate across teams because everyone is trying to protect their team/work.

OP I don't know that area, but sounds like the exact type of work that is being relentlessly offshored to Poland and the Philippines. Some of that is getting re-offshored from Poland to India. Our new name will be India Bank (not U.S. Bank).
I imagine they will get offshored also
