Can someone please tell me what these people do? Create decks that serve no purpose. Leaders are very bad.

Damn, this is my org 😅 It depends which team you’re working with re: what they do and agree on leadership, my boss is incredibly incompetent.
Ops team are just an extra layer that you have to dig through to do your job! Get rid of them and we can be more efficient. What a concept.
