@bf yes, makes sense. But why didn't they just type in the description "Device lock out for security agent" and instead they wrote "Device lock out for when we riff you lmao"?
I did not see it on either page. Until I actually searched "device". I bet almost everyone has this.

I'm thinking this might be related to an email from Enterprise Engineering regarding the time is a new security agent. Thoughts? I have the account provisioned on the 28th, got the EE email on the 27th. I'm based on Europe and usually layoffs here hit a couple of months after the US.
I cant say it for sure. But many times during layoffs, i have seen some entitlements added to my account. I was laid off last sept. I didnt see it at that time. But I vaguely remember some entitlement was added to my account. Check your emails. I worked at oracle from 2008 to 2025. I have seen countless layoffs in my experience.
@af check the second page you may have it there if there is a lot of items on the accounts first page table

I can confirm that I have it and it says it was provisioned on 8/28 in the afternoon. If you want to check if you have it, log into OIM, select the Accounts Tab and search for DLA.
@b1 If you work at Oracle you should know how to get to OIM to request and review your entitlements and accounts. Search in accounts "device" and you will see it or not. I dont have it
