Anyone completing it or is the exit interview a waste of time ?

Don't give them the satisfaction of picking your brain one last time.
Ignore that request, entirely.
I wasn't offered one I was RIF'd in April. It would be a waste of time anyway. I'm sure they have them set to auto-delete if they even exist.

You have no obligation to do the exit interview, and we are all aware whatever you say will be conveniently filed away so no one will ever see or do anything with it.
@OP do they even offer those when u are riff or take vsp? I didnt get one in may after rif.
