Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Has anyone actually seen employee survey results yet?

Doesn't usually take this long. I didn't expect them to be positive because points at everything, but with how long they've been holding back results, they must be BAD bad this year.

Anyone heard anything?

2 years ago our manager spent nearly a year going over the results and coming up with ideas to improve. You better believe I give perfect ratings now. If I never hear about it again it will be too soon

@jh No idea what you are looking at. From what was shared with me in June everything was down. Not related to my immediate mgr but overall.

Also “intent to leave WF” question was up but that’s exactly what they want!

Management will take the survey results, feed it into AI and then give the results to Linked In. Then Linked In will give a summary of the best banks to work for. Guess what? Wells Fargo will be one of the best banks to work for. Remember CS is on Linked In's BOD.

Yes, CR is in the tank. Doesn’t mean anything considering its leader has stated publicly he pays no attention to them and just does what he wants anyway.

Yes, but it doesn't matter. Not sure why employees care.

My 2 up said hey! You folks are responsible employees! Whatever your complaints are, YOU FIX IT! Its not my problem.....and he walked away. Thats Q12 for ya. Yep. Complete waste of time in my opinion.....

I’ve seen “most” of the survey results twice now. When they were first released there was a short gap from that moment to when the “don’t share” directive was sent just after. That gap happened to fall when my team meeting was and my manager is on point. So it was brought up on screen and shared. We walked through the team responses vs enterprise comparison.

The second time was more recent from a sister teams manager. But same deal, they walked through their team vs enterprise comparison.

End of the day his team was essentially as positive or more positive than the enterprise responses. But the really telling part was the Enterprise responses were not as poor as I personally expected. Some were surprisingly positive like intent to leave wells, having tools necessary to do the job etc.

And from what I remember the 2026 comparison to 2025 was also a net positive. 2024 had some really low positive numbers so the survey made it to appear as if here has been a two year improvement in employee feelings.

tl;dr : no idea why the results aren’t being blanket released. I saw no smoking g-ns but then I didn’t sit and study every single response values. It looked generally positive which was surprising.

First time in a few years that we were not shown the actual results in my department… so they must have declined. Was told by our executive leader that results were “relatively good”, whatever that means lol

I believe the results will be broadcast on either CNN or MSNBC NOW, so we know the factual integrity will be intact

We saw a very limited version without details. Of course it was spun in the most ridiculous way. Our manager said their results were bad because of all the great changes and some people can’t deal with change. Yeah sure. That’s why it is. Maybe your mom told you people are just jealous because you’re so great. Lol.

This bunch? They'll just lie about them. You're talking about a company that created thousands of fake accounts. You honestly think they'll share real survey results?

Our manager shared results on our last team call. Most weren't great but not terrible either. Also I was asked to participate in a focus group to discuss the results. We haven't met yet but there's a call scheduled. The senior leader of our group will have a spy on each focus group call so not sure if anyone will feel comfortable saying anything negative.
