What does this mean for our jobs and our existing customers? Will the new Fuji BI group try to consolidate with us again to keep thier base and or will we compete and just replace their boxes with Lexmark?

@OP They will 100% try to consolidate. Xerox is in debt, they need money. There is a deal out there to be had.
