Has anyone heard any updates or hints about layoffs? Seems everything has gone quiet again.

@3v3 That is true but they only focus on a few of the questions anyway. So the survey is not a true or accurate reflection of employee satisfaction. There is an industry standard for responses to employee satisfaction surveys and they care more about hitting that number than they care about their employees or having a true good culture. If they really cared about responses it would be anonymous and not tied to your email.
@3d3 the survey is a metric like anything else. The results matter for company morale and they will make some surface level changes based on the survey but they aren't going to change anything really for the Frontline employees. The more engagement a team gets the better the director looks. It's why they push the kudos so much too. More interaction means more engagement and that's a metric for employee satisfaction.

@3d0 You’re just gaslighting. One of the techniques of the toxic leaders. And why leaders are begging for us to complete the survey but then do nothing about the issues staff raise.
We have excellent leaders. Those who say we have toxic leadership will the say the same wherever they go. Step up, take control of your destiny. If you don’t like day to day business, take it somewhere instead of complaining here.

We probably won't hear anything until the new year arrives. That's when a lot of sweeping changes Medicaid are to take affect.
