Thread regarding Fannie Mae layoffs

Can people stop inventing numbers?

Is your goal to make people panic? You don't know what's coming. Unless you're part of the C-suite, you have no idea how many people will be laid off and when. This is all a guessing game, and stating it as fact can only serve to further erode people's mental health through unnecessary stress. Just stop it.

You can keep your head in a sand and avoid the upsetting vibes. They did not even announce this layoff. They do layoff day after glowing financial quarter. Until leadership tells transparently what’s up we will fill vacuum with speculation

Then why are you here? Any information is better than no information. There is always a sliver of truth from rumors. If enough people post about possible layoffs, then there is some degree of truth and we can all plan for layoffs accordingly.
