Post here if you are NRE and have your Assessment feedback scheduled before August 15th. How close are you to retirement and what do you plan to do? Is this your first or second in 5 years? If your first and you have more than 1 year to go, is it worth it? Is it time to band together for a Class Action Lawsuit?

Start here.........
The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967 is the primary U.S. federal law that protects older employees (and job applicants) from age-based discrimination.
Key points about the ADEA:
It protects people age 40 and older.
It applies to employers with 20 or more employees, as well as state and local governments, employment agencies, labor organizations, and the federal government.
It prohibits discrimination in hiring, firing, promotions, compensation, job assignments, benefits, training, and other terms/conditions of employment.
It is enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
