Got the email about survey results for Ops. None of the areas for improvement cited garbage pay. None of you wrote about that? Wild. Unless they ignored that complaint. And they would never do that.

I agree with others who've said they don't care about salaries. Have complained in the past. Still the same 0 - 2% ( even with exceeds ratings), as lower paid people have gotten $1/hour increases.... and sr execs already making millions, get double digit % increases, as reported in the news. Middle manager bands get sc--wed & keep getting sc--wed. So no sense in eveb filling out survey anymore, IMO.
Only way to get more $ is to go elsewhere.
@ax In a few months, I am going to give my notice for retirement after 25 years. Early advice was to work in various groups throughout the building as it will help your career. It did not!!! Since I did not complete the survey, I can careless on the results. For the last 5 years, I have expressed concerns about my pay especially with the minimum BAC wage going up one dollar each year. Putting in the survey is just wasting keystrokes. Contingent on what happens during the next few weeks if WPE is updated, I will decide to give 2 months notice or 2 weeks. Apparently, there is nothing in the retirement benefits that warrants 2 months notice. I cannot wait!!!

@ad Been at BAC over 30 yrs and retiring soon. The survey results are reviewed and I know that employees complained about money, well guess what. They don’t care and if you don’t like it leave. They make up whatever they want , done it for years. Remember BM said everything is fantastic and great place to work . Keep up the good work, grow the business no excuses
