@cg so funny, had a respected female peer get called out for this recently and yet we work on a team where men (like me) off frequently with similar language. Was very eye opening honestly
In CIB it’s the COO team that’s toxic, not as much the revenue generators. They actually take pride in their mean girls behavior too which is really bizarre
@cq at the same time, you can use that to your advantage. Takes special experience to support them and thus might make you more valuable. It can be difficult, but you can also thrive if you okay your cards right.
WIM and WFA are "the money makers" -they act entitled and are the worst teams to support
Now we're offended when someone swears in front of them? That's a lot different than being cussed at or out.
consequences are only for women.
A woman swearing, yelling etc - oh no better deal with her.
A man swearing, yelling. Oh he had indigestion it's okay.
@OP CIB is worse. I witnessed a CIB new hire use the f word in front of two female admins just because and then I asked the admin why do they allow them to get treated like that. She said some days are better than others depending if they are stressed or not. This new guy already treats them like c on his first week just imagine how it will be once he gets more comfortable
What is the issue? How unprofessional was the behavior?
