Why did wells send a random VP to US on a official trip? Even if you are a director, you won’t get an easy trip out of India to US. I get the sense that this guy was a top class con artist.

"that’s the guy who took my job here from US soil"

That's not how hiring works.

Only reason they fired the guy was because it hit the press.

I suggest that the risk management team get into action. All Wells Fargo employees traveling to India (or flights over 4 hours) are required to wear diapers. Contact Always Discreet at this link https://alwaysdiscreet.com/en-us/incontinence-products/underwear. Will have random tests. If an employee does not wear a diaper the employee will be written up. Perhaps fined or terminated.

That elderly woman may be the perpetrator's manager at some point in the past? It is possible that the perpetrator may hold a grudge or resentment towards her for firing him from job? :)

However, it is not appropriate or justifiable to engage in disrespectful or unlawful behavior. In general, this type of behavior may be the result of a variety of factors, including mental health issues, substance abuse, and anger or aggression not just drinking alcohol in flight.

Hiring and promoting the best of the best. Leading by example. Well done WF, well done.
So glad this guy got all the big bonus bucks from the past . A true return on that hiring investment.

Funny. They should see our on-site bathrooms in the states. I feel like I’ve had a “shower” every time I use them.
