Why did wells send a random VP to US on a official trip? Even if you are a director, you won’t get an easy trip out of India to US. I get the sense that this guy was a top class con artist.
"that’s the guy who took my job here from US soil"
That's not how hiring works.
Only reason they fired the guy was because it hit the press.
I suggest that the risk management team get into action. All Wells Fargo employees traveling to India (or flights over 4 hours) are required to wear diapers. Contact Always Discreet at this link https://alwaysdiscreet.com/en-us/incontinence-products/underwear. Will have random tests. If an employee does not wear a diaper the employee will be written up. Perhaps fined or terminated.
Emergency Termination ART Request settles all doubt. He has...er..."had" one.
Lol @ id--ts who think Skype is how to verify an employees status. Besides being wrong about it showing him as active on Friday his account is ZZ’d you dolt.
As of Friday, 1/6, this guy is still active in Skype. Not fired….
That elderly woman may be the perpetrator's manager at some point in the past? It is possible that the perpetrator may hold a grudge or resentment towards her for firing him from job? :)
However, it is not appropriate or justifiable to engage in disrespectful or unlawful behavior. In general, this type of behavior may be the result of a variety of factors, including mental health issues, substance abuse, and anger or aggression not just drinking alcohol in flight.
the vice president of the bank's India operations, was terminated after a 72-year-old woman wrote to Air India's management to complain about the November incident.
WF Recruiting knows how to pick those winners, huh?
Another example of the complete shitshow that is Wells Fargo.
The important part is that it took Wells Fargo 6 weeks to fire this guy?!!?!
Means Charlie should be getting canned soon since he's been pi----g on all of us since he got here.
A VP is an executive at WF?
I called IT and first person from India confirmed my name and phone and described my issue and the person hung up on me and never called back. Called again with u.s. employee, issue resolved immediately. What the heck are we doing
So this Ops centralization thing is going to go well I see lol!!!
Oh nice, that’s the guy who took my job here from US soil.
Hiring and promoting the best of the best. Leading by example. Well done WF, well done.
So glad this guy got all the big bonus bucks from the past . A true return on that hiring investment.
Drinking in excess is bad, kids. You’ll do things you regret.
Expect an interesting mandatory Develop You training for this situation...
Yikes! Did read about the airline's poor management of the situation. Terrible look for WF
Maybe they can extradite him to the US and he can be cell mates with R Kelly.🤷🏻
I guess they are hiring the best and the brightest in India in their quest for cheap labor
Funny. They should see our on-site bathrooms in the states. I feel like I’ve had a “shower” every time I use them.
