All new hires WW have to be approved Alvind and he wants a genuine business case. He doesn't even trust his direct report to sloths to make a good hire.

Not a big AK fan but this is a lie. There is a hiring freeze because of the current promotion cycle and should be lifted next month.
@a5 The hiring freeze is only applicable if you are not on Alvind's IBM India Friends and Family plan.
I thought there was a massive hiring freeze company wide?
@OP Too funny ! Is the clueless id--t going to review each hire while he is sitting on his Indian style toilet every morning doing his business?
Is he going to run Zoom calls or Teams calls?
And will he be inviting his fellow senior executives to do these early morning lavatory sessions with him?
He's doing his business while making sure these IBM candidates are right for the business. LOL !
