I've seen like 10 IAM cyber manager job postings...what is the build up going on there?

@a7 living the well life! My a$$. How can one NOT hate this company lol. FWF
@a7. Well said. I was on a team within IAM. When my manager gave us notice he was retiring, we started looking. He retired before last of us left. After that, it went downhill fast and became so dysfunctional. I’d tell everyone to avoid if not needing work.
It is build up and replacement.
- A fair share of managers retired when their teams were reduced by half or more and expected to complete the same work on the same deadlines.
- A bunch of managers were laid off. People with 10, 20, 30 years of experience.
2a. Which is wild because despite all the managers retiring/laid off there are still teams with more managers than workers.
2b. Now there are gaping holes of experience and expertise. - They are hiring a ton of managers from India and New Jersey. These people are net new to WF and know absolutely nothing.
3a. Instead of trying to retain anyone who has a clue or train the new people, the solution to get more done is to hire more management!
It is an absolute nightmare.
