Expect 5 days in and forced relocation for anyone outside the magic circle. Bet the house on it. ELT has a broken moral compass and an axe to grind with all of us. SM even said in the leader meeting when the 3-day RTO was first announced that “I promise we will not require more days in office per week.” And of course, look how that worked out.
I’m glad someone corrected OP because I also heard TO anticipate 5 days a week. Figured there be a post here about it eventually, that was fast. Regardless, like other commenters, I feel like we will be five days a week eventually. They’ll implement to make more people leave to prevent layoffs first, probably. Su-ks we can’t trust anything ELT and leadership says anymore. Culture is gone, regardless of what they said about “we are culture”…
While she did say “don’t anticipate”, she also didn’t declined that we could go five days a week.
Considering the continued downward progress they’ve been making with home office changes, I feel like we should still anticipate five days a week by 2030. It’s inevitable.

@OP I’m sure I heard they DON’T plan to go back to 3 days a week in office and also DON’T plan to go to 5 days a week in office. 4 days it is, until they change their mind again or when they decide they need to get rid of more people.
