@b5 if you get caught working both (they can find out quite easily) you will find yourself in court. You also signed an employment agreement that states you will inform HR of any second job, even something like Uber or Door Dash

Does anyone know if you still get your buyout if you have another Job? I have a offer at another company that I want to accept, however they want me to start within the next 2 weeks, I am certain I will be WFR'd soon but I may have a overlap of 2-3 weeks working, I do not want to risk my package by starting to soon.
The last few times, August has seen a lot of major changes. I don't look forward to it.
