I'm so tired of the "we're family" speech when they need me to work late or take on extra projects. The moment I ask for a fair raise, it's "business decisions" and "budget constraints." If we're family, treat us like it. If it's business, stop pretending otherwise.

As someone who just took part of a reorg from one department to another and having a FCC head who loves, and I mean LOVES to hear himself talk call the absolutely mandated seating change so we can all sit as a family, I really feel this post. And he and everyone else in that group can F off
