I've seen lots of engineers who are on visa.
No basic coding skills or any work ethics.
Been in industry for over 25 years.
Seen enough of visa scams . Ford should stop hiring Visas!!

Prime example digital thread 2.0. All visas and ex consultants- no competence, no delivery.
The amount of incompetence I’m exposed to on a daily basis at work in quite frightening. I truly do not know how we are still in business
