Any supervisors here can confirm what they actually monitor?

Most supervisors do not check, but they started sending quarterly reminders to supervisors with the link so most just go in to see if there are any exceptions. It tracks days you code in Workday for sick or vacation, even if you booked travel on CWT and codes those days as excused. No coding and no badge flags an unexplained absence. Be diligent about coding if you do not want to get called out.
Routinely, supervisors can only see days you logged in through a dashboard. Mainly so they are ready when their manager asks why a certain person isn’t coming into the office.
IF they are working on a cause for termination, a supervisor can request detailed data on badging in and out to help the case. But I believe HR is involved at that point so it isn’t just the supervisor requesting that detailed data. I’ve never had to do that, yet.
Point is, the data is out there and just needs an excuse to be used. Don’t be the excuse is what I tell my direct reports.

@af, yes indeed, I sure miss those days when we could trust employees to actually show up and work, be honest about their time and focus on finding hydrocarbons. Too bad those days are in the past.....

How long does it take a new employee to realize that they really have to EARN their reputation for working hard and producing, provide proof, show progress, and it's not just an entitled natural born whatever you call it?
They monitor how much tp you use when you p00p.
@ab some locations don’t require badge outs; just badge ins. Might be part of that, although they can surely just look at active time connected to the network instead.
It's a sad commentary on the state of the company when supervisors are monitoring badge swipes and employees are focused on being present during core hours. I miss the days when we focused on finding hydrocarbons and building structures.
There was an email that they expect you to be in the office 9 AM to 3 PM. Read the emails. If you dont do that, you may as well not be in the office.
I was told just days; also rumor is they can track everything, including hours, but they do not act on it because of some legal reasons.
