Please make it make sense! They basically RIFing my coworkers but they are promoting (if anything in name only) coordinators to analysts. How does that make sense???

@OP Wait, what? Are you talking about Care Coordinators? Which market? I'm a Care Coordinator and have heard nothing.
title changes are common with a restructure. some changes are better, some not.
The stock sure has bounced up though.
