Centene should give all employees with an approved vsp + separation date beyond 9/4/26, a quarterly bonus for staying and still pay their full severance!

I think the people who decided to stay and do the work of everyone who’s jumping ship, gets retention bonuses.
@a8 right as Cognizant will get it…
I think the people that didnt apply for the VSP should get a retention bonus. I don't think anyone, whether VSP or not, will be getting anything though.

Totally agree. I'm so mad that I'm stuck for another 7 more months.
