Those who ‘retire’ proper from this stinkhole are becoming very rare. And even those people are mostly being forced out due to the terrible environment. No retirement party. No package. No severence…. Just get out for your own sanity. In the future, it is going to be an extreme rarity for anyone to last 15, 20 or gulp! 30, 40 years here. BNY tracks you service and determines when you become too expensive.
At BNY you will not be allowed to be here very long. Their view is - ‘go retire somewhere else’
