I can only imagine the horror in the new leadership's faces when they finally get an unfiltered view underneath the hood-- Chad and Girish were probably smart to stay behind.
I can't imagine Intelligrated keeping Fireside Chad. To me he always looks and sounds like he's in over his head.
New management team will do great job as indeed they actually understand project business. New president comes from project side and having to work with him before he gets big picture vs individual metrics that got us in trouble. Also look forward to work again with experienced engineers that are US based. HGR business model has cost this company a lot. Do agree that there will be many surprises under the hood. But first step is to simplify day to day activities so some of us can actually do something vs having more useless meetings and filling cr-p out.
@b4 indeed, TREW leadership team is much more experiences in warehouse business. That was obvious there will be no place for Chad and Girish
