Anyone ever lawyer up against this deplorable company?

@d5 HR dropped the ball. For a company that says retaliation is not allowed they sure did allow it.
Good luck is all I have to say. HR and Legal will find any crack they can and hang onto it. They'll spend as much as they have to to make sure you don't see a penny. This company could give two sh--s about any of their employees, especially ones who got laid off.
