Educate yourself. WARN filings happen after the notice has already made to employees not as advance notice. The actual "last day worked" then comes 60 days from the notice date.

when the warn notice is published, the displacement notification to the employee has already happened - not "coming soon".
Iowa has some of the smartest employees.
anyone of the numbers in the warn notice have already been let go and are on their 60 day non work
