@aj The focus is clearly on customer acquisition and customer retention. Obviously revenue is flat due to price decreases and incentives to increase customer retention. The old model of ripping customers off to boost revenue didn’t work. The goal is to increase revenue over the long term by lowering cost to the customer and providing value which will grow the customer base.
