This place is on life support and has been for a while, and management keeps unplugging the machines. I've watched entire departments vanish, and the work just gets dumped on whoever's left. The collapse won't be dramatic - it'll be a slow, painful death by attrition.

Its embarrassing now, Stop coming in here lying and trying to stir the pot. Visa is great, changes are happening in tech and you will see that in any company, far cry from a sinking ship. I'm confident this guy down voted other comments and upvoted himself several times.

In some locations you should absolutely get out or transfer vertical before you’re invited to look outside.
In some orgs no one has a future.
But in large parts of the company you’re fine.
Sounds like sour grapes to me! You likely got cut and now you want everyone else to feel your pain! I hope it gets better for you, but this company is far from being on life-support!
