The "Malware Forensics group in Alpharetta" was that the team led by the former cop who got tons of people fired, until he got himself fired? The team that had a team lead that couldn't pass the CISSP?
The long gone Malware Forensics group in Alpharetta distrusted Zelle among others for security - oh well, we are all gone now.
Technically, it is EWS being sued rather than the Banks that own it. Fiserv will not be held accountable here.
