My friend in India just said that HR has paused the vehicle leasing option anticipating layoff in July. Eligible emp has to raise some ticket to get confirmation - if you r in list or not... Raise and find out

Raises, bonus and RSU are provided in the review.
Then, they lay you off.
RSU disappears after layoffs.
And, then they will lie to you that it has nothing got to do with your performance.
It's strictly business.
If you have a Needs Strengthening in any review over the last two years you are on the list.
