Are there still departments out there that think their manager is gonna help them from returning to the office? The other employees that ARE coming in won’t stand for it. You’re just fighting the inevitable. We’ve all had to come back in and so should you.

@op, you don’t know what other people’s individual situations are. It’s easier for you to make assumptions about why they’re not in the office, because then you have an easy target for your anger and get to talk all tough. You should be directing your anger UPWARD instead, to those who are making you go in. I guess you’re too scared to do that, though, so you’re just going to beat up on people who COULD BE your allies instead? Hope the boots taste good.
