Huge conference room, 2 kitchens, a lot of nice seating. Pool table. On a side street in suburbia.

Wayne has like no one working there so if you were to discuss layoffs changes or what have you it makes sense to not have people around
@a7 Wayne and BB are the 2 locations where they have their meetings regarding GNT. Wayne building was redone in order to hold meetings to appease those in management who need to play pool downstairs. If you think Im kidding Im not they literally put a pooltable in Wayne.
