Depending on what state you live in FIS’ 2026 COBRA rate is significantly cheaper than the ACA options. (But those COBRA rates will likely rise in Jan 2027.) You can use COBRA for 18 months.

@a9 Yes. FIS pays for medical and dental for 3 months. You will have to pay for vision and EAP yourself. It's less than $20, but in typical FIS fashion, they wouldn't cover them.

@OP yes it's mandated by law for a big company like FIS but it can be expensive. i would compare to ACA
