Got pulled into a call with my manager and told I was laid off with 25min before access was revoked. That's nowhere enough time to handle critical knowledge transfers and other responsibilities. What is the plan when things start falling apart tomorrow, next week, next month? I was leading a critical governance and compliance team, what SHOULD be one of the last ones to get laid off, let alone without any warning or plans.

Useless company. We are constantly in stress being in this company if I get severance I would be happy to look after for another job. I don't want them to transfer me to cognizant. It's another useless company.
@OP Admirable for your concern, but at this point not your problem.
You were willing to transfer knowledge even after being laid off. That says a lot about what company lost.
At least you're no longer in this toxic environment.
Why would you care about critical knowledge transfer to your replacement....AI?
I am sorry you were let go, remember it was not about you or your work. We are only numbers to the C- Suite
You are focusing on the wrong problems. None of that is your problem. That is a problem for your bosses to solve now.
Your problem to solve is retiring or preparing to get another job. That's the ONLY thing you should think about.
